the bathroom was uncomfortably small , and the running water looked dirty. other staff did not seem friendly at all . the hotel's location was convenient , but the room's condition was good.

amazing receptionist excellent location
The location was excellent, close to trams. it was easy to get to flinders street station and the city center. dada, the young lady on reception, was amazing. She provided immense help.
The bathroom was small. It was a really difficult to have a shower in, so basic.

early morning noise small shower
The location was central to my needs, a definite plus.
My room was quite noisy. I could hear the trains across the road until late at night, and they started again early in the morning. The noise really impacted my sleep, and I found it quite frustrating. The shower was also very small.
