I found the staff VERY friendly. They upgraded me to a great room. The free parking made things MUCH easier. The hotel location suited my needs perfectly.
The bar was closed SO i couldn't get a drink.

The location was GREAT , just a short hop to everything I wanted to see. Free parking right outside was a HUGE plus. The owners seemed friendly.
The host wasn't all that cute. I found water left in the kettle , which wasn't ideal. Some of the coffee in the room was past its expiration date.

The staff was indeed friendly. They even upgraded me to a superior room, I was charmed! I also appreciated the complimentary front parking. The location proved ideal. The tram stop, several food establishments, and even a McDonald's are within a minute's reach.
The television did not work, it was a very minor inconvenience.

Staff members provided assistance . I was asked if I required anything such as extra towels or refreshments. The manager had a friendly demeanor and offered help with directions. The entire experience felt quite personalized.

The hotel sits opposite the beach and offers sea views from many rooms, it was amazing! Its closeness to transport links made moving around very easy and enjoyable. It's a desirable setting.
