The staff's friendliness stood out. Everyone. The location was convenient, with the marina just a short drive away (about 10 minutes). The concierge team excelled, managing all reservations efficiently. I found the room very comfortable and clean.

I noticed it was sometimes challenging to get things done quickly. I think it could be better.

The staff were very friendly and quite helpful. The hotel grounds present itself fine. The guest relations team seemed so helpful, it was a theme with all personnel. The facilities were great, ensuring every need was covered.

The soundproofing between the rooms and corridor needs improvements, I hear footsteps easily.
