a serene escape with ocean views
modern design spacious bathroom ocean view comfortable lounger
the room featured modern design and a spacious bathroom. i appreciated the two lovely pools with ocean views and the comfortable pool loungers. the terrace offered a fine view of the ocean just beyond the lobby. the hotel restaurant offered a good selection of thai dishes as well as international options i found particularly delicious.
the photos online maybe reflect the hotel at opening. the reality appears different.

the hotel breakfast had high quality food and delicious choices. there was a refined selection not just lots of cheap food so it was an excellent start to the day and included both western and asian options

the staff were friendly helpful and always ready to assist with any requests. the service extended from the front desk to the cleaning services and everyone was helpful and courteous ensuring a cute and comfortable stay

really good stay with amazing views
helpful staff amazing cocktails convenient shuttle
I found the staff to be an absolute joy. from the concierge to the front desk, restaurant, and bar staff, everyone was eager to help. i particularly enjoyed the cocktails from the twinkle pool bar. The gin fizz and mojitos were very well made. the hotel provided a shuttle to terminal 21, a welcomed service on hot days.
During my visit, i noticed slight wear on the wooden flooring in my suite. There were a few small gaps that could potentially cause splinters.

The pools offer fine views of the sea. The water looks crystal clear, and there are ample loungers available. the gym has modern equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes, great for complete workouts. guests can also find a terrace just beyond the lobby, a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful ocean view.

I experienced excellent service throughout the hotel. The staff were always friendly and willing to assist. the breakfast selection was varied and of high quality, with many options, including thai dishes and international choices. the room service was prompt, with good-quality food. The abundant seafood dishes were delicious!!!

The hotel is situated in a prime location, offering easy access to nearby attractions. Terminal 21 is conveniently close. the hotel provided a shuttle service to terminal 21, a huge convenience. being near the sea allows for beautiful views and pleasant walks along the beach.

delicious dinner high standard
I had a good dinner at ming xing restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!! breakfast had a very wide variety. the food quality was very high.
the gym could benefit from a bit of updating.
