An OKAY resort , but not Really good

difficult parking many flies

The parking situation was quite FRUSTRATING. The resort is at the end of a road . There were only a few parking spots next to the hotel , SO any more cars had to park far away. The breakfast area was also concerning , MANY flies were present. I think the hotel should address this.

free shuttle attentive staff

The resort offered a complimentary shuttle to the city center. I found this service very convenient , as it saved on transportation costs. The restaurant staff was attentive , and one employee named Tan was particularly polite and professional. His good attitude.

The hotel is located at the end of a road , and I found the parking area somewhat difficult to access.

a good beachfront experience

room upgrade clean pool fresh towels

The room upgrade was a nice surprise. i originally reserved a room with just a shower. i was given a room with both a bathtub and a shower upon arrival. the pool was well-kept and clean. fresh towels were readily available.

mixed experience at this place

defective door slow drain

the condition of the room left something to be desired. the balcony door. DIDNT open. i found this to be a SIGNIFICANT inconvenience. also, the sink drained slowly. it made washing up an annoying task.
