breakfast offered many options. the location is near the beach and shopping mall is next door. the staff was always friendly shows thai hospitality.
i find the air conditioning unit to be loud, and its control was not optimal.

the hotel is close to the beach and walking street. the pool includes a bar. asia, arm, and other staff members were very helpful and friendly.
the room i was assigned was not as spacious as i had expected. despite this minor issue, the overall stay was still enjoyable.

quiet location comfortable bed excellent staff
I found everything to be excellent, the price is reasonable for the quality. it was quiet and comfortable. the location is convenient and close to everything i needed. the staff was excellent. I would hands down stay again. 24-hour room service was a welcome bonus after a long day.
i noticed the gym equipment could use some updating. some of the treadmills seemed a bit worn. this minor issue did not significantly impact my stay. i hope they address it soon .

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including western and asian dishes. the fresh juice station provided a selection of healthy drinks. the restaurant staff maintained a clean environment.

the hotel location allowed easy access to the beach and shopping. the staff ensured i felt comfortable . excursions were amazing, with excellent planning and management. i especially enjoyed the cooking class, it was super interesting and the souvenirs offered were a lovely touch.
the gym had a limited selection of equipment.

mixed experience with service shortfalls
damp sheets awful staff
the breakfast buffet was excellent with many options.
the pool bar staff was awful. our room smelled musty and everything felt damp, that included the sheets. after i reported this, they did move us to another room but it was the same issue.
