charming stay with great service!

well kept grounds attentive staff helpful information

I found the grounds to be very well kept. gardens, pool, and rooms were all great. the staff are attentive. they always greeted me with a smile and offered helpful information about local attractions. i really appreciated their knowledge.

my room included a capsule coffee maker, plenty of bottled water, and soft slippers. the bed was gigantic, and the bathrobe was fluffy. the hotel had a relaxed, comfortable feel. the rooms were spacious and well-kept.

The staff were discreet, efficient, and courteous. reception staff were very helpful in arranging taxis. the hotel had a manager named tak. He provided excellent customer service. ray and alex at reception always greeted me warmly!!!

the food was delicious. breakfast had excellent options with multiple varieties. i really enjoyed trying local cuisine. there was a good selection of western-style dishes as well. i certainly was charmed!!!
