warm welcome great attention
the staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival! the room itself was meticulously prepared with a great attention to detail, and the cleanliness was excellent. we felt special.
the breakfast buffet, though extensive, showed very little variation during my nights count stay though

facilities need improvement
dirty pool water long queues
the pool was not clean one afternoon at 5 pm. i also found long queues for breakfast even close to 10 am. it was difficult for my children to sleep due to a music festival at a nearby hotel.

excellent stay
modern room quality amenity outdoor pool easy access
the hotel rooms were modern. they feature quality amenities. the restaurants offered choices, especially breakfast. the outdoor pools included an adult-only pool. this adult area had sunbeds going into the water. it was unique. i found easy beach access right in front of the hotel. the location allowed a short walk to market village.
The hotel gym only has limited equipment and space. It could benefit from expansion.

The hotel has three swimming pools. one pool is exclusively for adults and promotes quiet relaxation. there is a lagoon pool. It winds through the grounds creating a nice setting. a dedicated kids' pool keeps the little ones entertained.
