lovely beachfront escape

I stayed for a single night and the room upgrade to a beachfront room was really good , with floor-to-ceiling windows, ocean views, and a balcony bathtub. the executive lounge provided complimentary breakfast, all-day refreshments, and evening cocktails. I found the setting spacious and comfortable. the hotel team, including khun patrick, khun ploy, khun opal, khun becca, khun mod, khun aom, and khun khim, delivered attentive service from check-in to check-out. its prime location is next to central festival mall, which ensured great access.

the elevator swiping sound was audible from my room throughout the day and night , , made it difficult to relax.

the complimentary breakfast offered fresh fruits , a selection of pastries, and thai and western dishes, awesome for a diverse and satisfying start to the day. evening cocktails with appetizers were served in the executive lounge, offering a pleasant experience.

the location is very convenient near many restaurants and bars the shopping mall below the hotel offers great shopping options the breakfast buffet provides a good variety of foods the staff provided excellent service during check-in and check-out making me feel valued.

the windows lacked adequate soundproofing so i could hear some street noise at night

i found the location directly overlooks the beachfront, providing easy access. the express laundry service was a significant convenience, allowing quick turnaround. my room had amazing views.. i could see the whole beach side. the shopping mall connected to the hotel made it easy to grab anything i needed.

the elevators require transfers to reach the room.

Really good Service and location!!!

The location is AMAZING!!! It is near oceanside restaurants and bars. Great attractions are within a short walking distance. I recommend the shopping mall below the hotel for shopping. The concierge staff made an effort to remember my name. Their conversation with my family elevated the hotel experience.

It was difficult to get a car if I needed to take a Grab. It got annoying to take two separate elevators to get to my room. The pool area is nice, but I was unable to lay in the sun. Typical behavior occurred with the hotel trying to upsell everything.

The hotel includes a good pool area, as well as an amazing sky bar. The gym has multiple treadmills and stationary bikes, so exercising is possible. Air conditioning works efficiently, keeping everything nice and COLD.
