generally satisfied experience

good cut meat quality varied desserts friendly staff weak air conditioning dated furniture broken appliance

i found the steakhouse offered a really good cut of meat. desserts were also available , including cheesecake and carrot cake. the service stood out to me as above average. the staff seemed inviting and friendly , i appreciate that.

the air conditioning in the room struggled to go below 24 degrees , i found that too warm. the furniture looked dated , some of it was shabby. i noticed the coffee machine did not work and came away from the wall when unplugged.

i stayed in a privileged beautiful junior suite. the pool area had many chairs and convenient washrooms. we found evidence of frequent cleaning, which i liked.

it's a big resort and a walk from one area to the next.
