door lock frustrating experience

the breakfast was awesome and the service pretty good. Oei, Prim, Toon, and Tum were warmhearted.

my electronic door lock was not working properly! i had to go back to the reception desk EVERY time i went out. this was really frustrating and NEVER got fixed. the staff didn't seem to understand this happened every time.

dirty mirrors remote location

the bed was very comfortable. (i slept like a log!)

the bathroom wasn't as clean as i expected. i noticed some dirt on the mirrors and the bathtub had some grime. the location is quite remote. it is far from main attractions, so you need transportation to get around.
