lovely pool friendly staff great location disturbing noise outdated hotel low pressure
the pool was lovely and led straight to the sea. many good restaurants were just along the road. the staff were helpful and friendly (i especially appreciated their smiles). the location was right at the beach.
the air conditioning made a disturbing noise throughout the night. the hotel feels outdated. i found almost no water pressure in the shower.

The hotel location was great, right next to the beach. there were also many restaurants along the same street. It made finding dinner simple. the hotel arranged a lagoon boat excursion, i saw monkeys on monkey island. breakfast was extensive and tasty, i really enjoyed the variety.
i noticed some slight wear in the bathroom. a small shelf would have been really useful near the sink, but it wasn't a major issue.

This hotel is very close to the ocean, only steps away from a golden beach. It's great for quick access. several restaurants are nearby, along both the beach and the street directly in front of the hotel. the location ensures convenient dining options.

The staff at the reception worked efficiently. The service was prompt. the airport transport was reliable and well-organized. I appreciated its punctuality. i noticed the front desk and dining area staff were friendly and caring. They looked after guests with compassion.

The staff was helpful.. Greta ensured I was comfortable and asked about my needs every day. The reception and restaurant staff were equally caring. I found the location to be great and close to everything.
The air conditioning in the family room did not work, and it took hours for them to address it. They did not offer a different room until late at night. I was charged the full price even with these issues.

i had a room very close to the beach, and the pool was right outside my door (it was easy to take a dip!). the staff was energetic and helpful. i especially liked the variety at breakfast. they had cooking stations and many options to suit all tastes.
