helpful staff excellent location high quality food ordinary lobby dated room lack usb points
the staff looked after us well. rukshi really went out of her way to assist. the location is excellent and convenient. the food was high quality and delicious.
the lobby looked very ordinary. i felt it was bland and not at all a 5-star experience. the room was dated and lacked usb points. i think the wing i was in was the old wing.

beachfront location great breakfast beautiful room
i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room sea view and it was lovely. the cleanliness of the room impressed me. the hotel has a beachfront location. the breakfast selection was great too!
The music at the pool was a little loud for my liking..

spacious suite varied products clean sea
the suite was very spacious, well air-conditioned, and clean. breakfast offered varied products from eggs to fruit. the sea is clean but was always choppy because of the monsoon. the water looked murky!
Some staff do not know how to speak english. It was difficult communicating.
