friendly staff attractive rooms nice environment

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and attractive. The environment around the hotel was really nice.

I noticed that the gym lacked some updated equipment. The machines could be upgraded. I hope they will do that soon.

Fantastic Getaway!

The hotel location is amazing with direct access to the beach. I enjoyed the amazing ocean views from my room. It was pure bliss. I was impressed with the variety of food offered at the breakfast buffet. The traditional Sri Lankan dishes were delicious!!!

I noticed some slight wear and tear in some of the public areas. It could use some refreshing.

mildew smell suspicious stain

the location near the beach was acceptable though nothing to write home about

the room smelled strongly of mildew i guess the air conditioning wasn't up to snuff i also found a suspicious stain on the supposedly clean sheets the price really didn't match the reality which rubbed me the wrong way

lovely staff two pools direct beach noisy air conditioning limited gym breakfast variety

The staff were lovely and always ready to assist with any request. I noticed the two pools were sparkling and well kept. The hotel sits right on the beach, a feature I value greatly.

The hotel gym only has a few pieces of equipment. I found that the air conditioning in my room was quite loud. The breakfast buffet lacked some variety, especially in fresh fruit options. The absence of a dedicated concierge desk meant longer waits for certain services. The television remote control was not working correctly.
