I really appreciate the spacious lobby and restaurant area. the outside space was also a nice addition. i found the staff to be excellent. Everyone was so friendly and polite.

the shuttle bus schedule wasn't always convenient for me. i sometimes had to pay for public transport. also, the bathroom had no door, just a curtain.

Amazing Stay with Fine Views!

I found the shuttle bus convenient for getting to the train station. The room featured a comfortable bed and a separate area with a fold-out sofa for the kids. I really appreciated the free safe and the direct bus service to the city. The room had lots of shelves. (Great for storage!).

The hotel is near the promenade walkway and several nice eateries in Bayview Garden. An airport bus stops right outside, and a shuttle bus is available. It provides easy access.

The staff was quite helpful and assisted with the food delivery service (I was really hungry!). The hotel provides a free shuttle to the metro station. Airportbus is available in front of the hotel.

The room was spacious. The staff (reception, concierge, shuttle bus) were courteous and helpful. I found transportation options to and from the place were good. I took the shuttle service and a bus. The location by the bay provided scenic views of the surrounding tall buildings.

The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. It was slightly hard. The hotel being slightly out of the way made travel a little more awkward (still, it was fine). The breakfast and buffet were not the best but adequate.
