poor air conditioning inadequate room
the pools were acceptable, providing some relief from the heat.
My room was a disaster. The air conditioning barely worked. i reported it twice, and they offered me a fan. the fan didn't help, especially at night. It was impossible to sleep. i'm furious that i paid so much for a miserable, sweaty stay. Such poor air conditioning is unacceptable.

hotel ground well-kept garden food variety cold pool lacking information unlabeled dessert
the hotel grounds were very well kept. the gardens looked beautiful. the kids enjoyed the water slides. the variety of food was good.
The main pool was too cold. It made it difficult to swim comfortably. the children's pool was also too cold. My child didn't enjoy it. the lack of information was an issue. I didn't get a resort map. i found the desserts unlabeled each night.

the landscape planning is great! food is delicious and the menu is rich. there are special pool zones for adults too.
the hotel is expensive and the staff are very rude.. the service is slow. the rooms are small.

the entertainment team was very friendly. the hotel and restaurants staff were also friendly.
the air conditioning was broken in all four rooms. two of the rooms lacked toothbrushes. i think the cleaning wasn't great either.

excellent stay
clean premises food variety kind staff green environment
i found the premises to be impeccably clean. the variety of available food options impressed me. the staff members consistently displayed kindness and a willingness to assist with any request. the landscaping created a very pleasing, green environment around the hotel. I felt instantly relaxed.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the resort, though i was able to work around it.

I've visited this resort. It is very kid friendly. The kids club offers activities throughout the day and evening. The entertainment shows are suitable for both adults and children alike! I highly recommend this hotel.
The toilets near the waterpark were very busy. They should be cleaned more often.
