the grounds were well maintained by the gardening team, i will give them that.

i stayed for nine nights. the room had a hole in the ceiling from an air conditioning leak. i reported it, but nothing was done. i think this place needs some serious upgrades to justify its rating.

I found the water park AMAZING for the kids. The service was very good, and the food around the hotel was delicious!!! There were lots of pools to choose from, and plenty of activities for the children. Ayes from guest experience was a lovely, helpful lady!!!

I appreciated how super clean the hotel was. The cleanliness was perfect everywhere. The food selection was varied and the quality was AMAZING!!! The staff were always cute, friendly, and helpful. The entertainment team was fantastic and organized activities throughout the day.

Ibrahim from the restaurant took great care of us daily. The aqua park was a major draw, and it was superb. Housekeeping was helpful. Eray and Ege at reception provided great service.
