repetitive food bad stomach
the grounds were lovely and i could tell that the gardening team maintained them WELL.
the food quality was not great in the buffet restaurant, very repetitive. my daughter got sick and had diarrhea. i also had a bad stomach for most of the stay, SUCH a shame.

ceiling hole broken mirror
the grounds were well maintained by the gardening team, i will give them that.
i stayed for nine nights. the room had a hole in the ceiling from an air conditioning leak. i reported it, but nothing was done. there were also broken tiles around the pools and broken mirrors in the lift. i think this place needs some serious upgrades to justify its rating.

amazing water park good service delicious food
I found the water park AMAZING for the kids. The service was very good, and the food around the hotel was delicious!!! There were lots of pools to choose from, and plenty of activities for the children. Ayes from guest experience was a lovely, helpful lady!!!

clean territory great hygiene roaming cats unacceptable condition
The territory was big and clean. The hygiene was great every day.
I was frustrated with the restaurant. There were cats roaming around inside it. This is unacceptable!!!

great drinks fantastic entertainment
The hotel had multiple bars with great drinks. The beach was easily accessible and well maintained. I appreciated the short walk from the hotel to the beach. The entertainment in the evening was also fantastic.

perfect cleanliness varied food cute staff organized activities
I appreciated how super clean the hotel was. The cleanliness was perfect everywhere. The food selection was varied and the quality was AMAZING!!! The staff were always cute, friendly, and helpful. The entertainment team was fantastic and organized activities throughout the day.
The lifts could be slow during peak times, which sometimes required a bit of a wait.

Our Triple Room Sea View included a balcony, comfortable beds, and daily housekeeping service. It also featured a minibar stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival.

great care helpful housekeeping
Ibrahim from the restaurant took great care of us daily. The aqua park was a major draw, and it was so nice. Housekeeping was helpful. Eray and Ege at reception provided great service.
