great size amazing breakfast friendly hosts run down area difficult parking late night safety

The twin room was a great size for my needs. breakfast choices were amazing, i enjoyed them a lot! the hosts were friendly. They were also polite.

the surrounding area seemed a little run down. i found parking in the neighborhood difficult. i wouldn't have felt comfortable walking those streets late at night, though the location was generally good.

homemade preserves baked bread short walk early morning bin collections run down area

the breakfast selection included home-baked bread. homemade preserves were also available. the location is a short walk from the train station. it is very close to the beach.

i was woken at 4 am by bin collections on both days. i was unable to get back to sleep. the surrounding area seemed a little run down. there were not a lot of options for evening meals nearby.

good stay by the sea

fresh fruit calming atmosphere

The breakfast was lovely. it included fresh fruit and i liked the vegetarian cooked breakfast choice. the room also had lovely extra touches. Lavender for the pillows provided a calming atmosphere. i also appreciated the homemade brownies i found upon arrival.

the surrounding area seemed a little run down, so i wasn't very comfortable walking those streets late at night. i did have to walk a fair bit to find options for evening meals. this limited my choices and made dining out less convenient.

the room included homemade cookies and tea, really nice after a long journey. breakfast included many choices, especially for varied diets. the host was very kind. the location was close to the beach.

the area nearby felt a little run down. not many options existed for evening meals nearby without walking a bit.

I found the proprietors to be attentive. They prioritize guest needs. the tea and coffee amenities in the room were generously stocked. i especially enjoyed the delicious chocolate brownies provided. the location allowed convenient access to nearby establishments.

satisfactory stay

welcome biscuits friendly host excellent breakfast dirty floor slow shower

the room was clean with nice welcome biscuits. there were plenty of tea bags and milk. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the host was very friendly.

i stayed in the single room. it was a cute room and i liked the design, however, the floor needed hoovering as there were bits all over it when i arrived. the shower dial isn't very good and the water takes a long time to heat up.
