I found the staff consistently helpful and friendly, especially at reception. the room was cleaned thoroughly each day, and the beds were made with care, which i appreciated after long days exploring. the location was also convenient. A supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance made everything simple.
The soundproofing in the room was not adequate. I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway easily. this made it difficult to sleep soundly at times.

The hotel offered spa facilities. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. the hotel bar had favorable prices, and i thought it was quite pleasant, though often crowded with guests in the evenings.

The reception staff were very helpful and provided excellent support. the restaurant personnel were attentive during breakfast. The dining options included many choices each night and were always fresh, which i thought was perfect!

The location was central. This was beneficial to me. the hotel is near bars, restaurants and shops. Everything was within walking distance, and i liked that, though the area was sometimes noisy!

Breakfast included many options. I appreciated this greatly, though some dishes were repetitive! each morning, there were different types of bread, fruits, and pastries. The coffee machine had good espresso, though sometimes the queue was long.
