i found the room quite spacious and clean. the beds were comfortable (i slept really well!). the pools provided ample space for relaxation. there were always lifeguards present, which i appreciated, the evening entertainment was also quite enjoyable.
the gym had limited machines.

the room included a large refrigerator and plenty of cookware. daily cleaning services changed towels and removed trash. the balcony was spacious with seating for two people.

the hotel is in a quiet area, a short walk to tourist shops. i also found a supermarket within five minutes (very useful for snacks!). the nearby beach offered a nice promenade.

the breakfast offered many options that changed daily. i noticed a great egg station offering omelettes, scrambled and fried eggs. i thought there was also a good selection of fresh pastries (i loved the waffles!).

the pools had a good amount of slides, perfect for families. i observed that there were multiple pools and ample loungers around the pool area. a playground near the pool provides more space for kids.

staff at the front desk were helpful and attentive. i appreciated that the receptionist spoke english fluently. the animation team also were very kind with the kids and organised a lot of activities.

The splash park was quite amazing. buffet food had great variety, i really liked it. the family suite seemed so beautiful. a brief walk to the beach happened in about ten minutes. I loved the short walk.
i found the use of plastic cups at the bars a little annoying. i understand it for the pool, but proper glasses are better in the bar itself. all-inclusive guests have wristbands.

Acceptable Pools but Other Aspects Missed the Mark

The pools were sizeable and seemed suitable for children.
The room cleaning was bad, with bedding not changed . Noise became a problem as kids ran in the hallways late at night. This made it difficult to sleep and affected my overall relaxation.

The pools were a hit. My children loved the slides. We found the room size adequate. Pools offered enough space for kids to have fun. I found modern rooms with fun activities.
I think the hotel could improve its cleanliness standards. The dishes were not always clean. I found some utensils with food residue. The restaurant's cleanliness needs attention.
