lovely stay with good facilities
perfect roomexcellent facilities
the hotel was super clean. the room apartment size was perfect for my family. facilities were excellent with many sun loungers. a range of activities were available for kids including a waterpark and crazy golf.

mixed feelings about my stay
constant noiselimited food
The noise was a problem. i stayed on the first floor and could hear everything from the entertainment until late. After that, i could hear guests shouting and singing in nearby rooms, it was very disruptive. the food options were not great. There was not much variety, and it was hard to find dishes suitable for children. i ended up eating out several times because of this issue.

i visited during june 2024 for several days. the hotel has a mini disco that starts at 8.30pm. the animation team organized activities during the day for the whole family. food is buffet style, exactly what one would expect. it is close to town and the beach.
The deposit payment was necessary for items such as pool towels, an iron, and mini golf clubs. Pool towels were changed every four days with an extra charge of 2€ for earlier changes

The staff was friendly and helpful. i found the reception staff to be particularly kind. the animation team was super cool. They really can turn the whole pool into a party area. i appreciated their efforts.

the rooms were very clean and quite spacious. the apartment rooms felt comfortable. our double room provided enough space. i found the daily cleaning service to be quite effective and useful. i have no complaints.

The hotel offered plentiful and diverse food. it was very delicious. the hotel restaurant included high chairs for young children. a special zone allowed kids to serve themselves. They could try to fix their own plates like adults.

the hotel's location is great and convenient. it has an ideal location. it is very close to the beach and the main shopping area. i enjoyed how easily i could access both. the surrounding area is safe.

the outdoor pools and slides were enjoyable. the pools are good. water slides kept the children entertained. i observed vigilant lifeguards. the children enjoyed the slides so much. there were many sunbeds.

the hotel offered a range of activities including many waterslides playgrounds and splash areas there were mini golf and a kids club available the food selection was great too the staff were kind and helpful i found many sun loungers near the pools there were both a sauna and a jacuzzi available also the buffet varied daily offering numerous tasty options
the pool got crowded sometimes making it a bit difficult to find a space
