the staff was super friendly! breakfast was AMAZING!!! i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and yoghurt options.
the walk to the adjacent hotel for evening meals involved a short climb up steps, a slight inconvenience in the dark.

breakfast was okay , i guess.
i paid way too much for room 20. the view was terrible , and the bed was cramped with no side tables. the shower was old and barely worked. it just wasn't worth the money.

The grounds included fantastic sea views. Staff members proved friendly and always helpful. I appreciated the proximity to the sister hotel. It provides us with additional leisure choices. The family enjoyed both outdoor pools and the indoor pool.
The family room had a very small bathroom.

The hotel stood near the Shanklin Chine entrance. We had easy access to the seaside and local attractions. The area included many steps. These lead to the seafront, that was quite picturesque.

The room walls were thin. i could hear Every conversation and movement from neighboring rooms. the breakfast buffet was a letdown. The food tasted bland and lukewarm. the coffee tasted burnt.

i appreciated the chef preparing a takeaway breakfast since i had to leave before the regular breakfast service started at 8 am! the staff was helpful. my room was very clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. the hotel is dog friendly, a significant advantage for pet owners.
The wi-fi was slow. It made it a little difficult to get some work done.
