Pros
The reception staff are praised as friendly, helpful, and responsive, with Roberto and Dalila singled out for extra assistance.
Breakfast includes sweet and savoury choices, and the coffee and cappuccino are described as excellent.
Some guests with children appreciated the staff serving dinner on the balcony so the child could remain in the room.
Cons
Some rooms are in an annex facing the car park, so the outdoor seating looks at parked cars rather than a view.
