I experienced some significant issues during my stay. The check-in process was frustrating as we waited over two hours for our room to be ready, despite arriving slightly after the designated check-in time. While I appreciated some aspects of the hotel like the responsiveness of the staff and the outdoor areas, I did encounter several problems with the room itself that made the visit less enjoyable overall.
