wonderful beach getaway!

The staff were super friendly. they remembered my name and always had a smile. i really felt welcome. the beach access was great. It was just a short walk from my room. the grounds were well-kept, i enjoyed the tropical plants and seeing monkeys around. the food was AMAZING!!!

my ocean view room had a balcony overlooking the beach. the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool. the bathroom had two sinks and a large shower with good water pressure.

the hotel is right on the beach, very convenient. several local restaurants are within a short taxi ride. it is close to the airport, so travel was very easy.

the pool area had plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. the hotel has a gym with treadmills and weights. security personnel were always visible.

the staff was VERY friendly. everyone seemed happy to help, including the dinner staff. the beach boat bar had great service.
my room felt a LITTLE old. the aircon did not work that well and it needed a lick of paint. it was still clean enough though.

i appreciated the excellent customer service, especially at the reception and restaurant, i also enjoyed the kids entertainment. the staff was intentional, assisting with children, i found the themed evening dinners amazing. the entertainment kept me interested!
the hotel villas felt a little bit old.

the food variety suited my needs well! they had delicious pizzas and tasteful cakes for dessert. breakfast and dinner selections featured a great range of options. the resort organizes jungle dinners, which are a highlight because of their enchanting setup.

I am saddened to share some problems i faced. the towels in the room was old, so they felt rough. also, the ironing service was not good. I paid for my dress to be ironed, but it was poorly done and i had to redo it myself.

the location is excellent with a private beach area. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i found the evening entertainment enjoyable, especially the live music.
the bottled water could have been provided more generously, considering the heat.

My Ocean View Room was great. It had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and ready to help. I appreciated that. The location was amazing with pristine beaches and kept grounds!
The unstable wi-fi in the room was not ideal. It was a bit spotty! The towels felt old and could use replacing. The gym's equipment was also a bit dated.
