Really good Staff and Great River Views

helpful staff shopping recommendation

The staff was helpful, especially Lisa. I found that she ensured my stay was comfortable. The reception and cleaning staff were excellent, cute guests and performing their duties to high standards. The manager arranged transport and provided shopping recommendations (I especially liked her tips).

The gym had very outdated running machines and a cross trainer. The tiled floor was slippery with sweat. It was workable if I used my imagination and I was driven to work out.

The room provided an amazing view of the river from the balcony. Boats, lanterns, and the bridge were visible in the distance. The rooms were insulated enough to protect from the noise.

the breakfast offered a delicious variety and a good spread. the air conditioning, bed, and shower all functioned excellently. the staff members were consistently friendly and provided helpful service. the river view from the balcony was fine and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

the room lacked some sound insulation, i could hear movements from adjacent rooms.

i was grateful for the staff, they were helpful speaking english. the food was delicious and i enjoyed the clean room. good bed sets provided great rest.

the room lacked sound insulation. i could hear movement above and in adjacent rooms. the breakfast could have been better, particularly for foreign guests.
