unclean floor malfunctioning air conditioning

the room was spacious and equipped with a bathtub.

The room floor was not clean. I reported it three times, but no one came to address the issue. the air conditioning was also malfunctioning. i requested bikes to be available, and i received a call to collect them. upon arrival, i found they had forgotten to prepare them.

spacious room various options amazing pools

the family room was spacious and clean, i appreciated this very much. breakfast offered various options that suited all tastes. the pools are amazing, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the splash park. the hotel's proximity to the beach is also a definite plus, a short walk away.

the hotel design seemed a bit longitudinal, requiring a long walk to some areas.

the hotel features a pool area that extends around the entire area , allowing guests to swim throughout. there is also a ping pong room available who want to play a match, a fruit stand is conveniently located right outside the hotel.

the family room was large , including two separate bedrooms to give everyone enough space. the room design featured ornate decorations. the room had a pleasant smell , as they use dried flowers to scent it.

a somewhat disappointing experience

dirty walls unclean elevators

the cleanliness was not great. i noticed dirty walls and corners that seemed overlooked. the elevators were also quite unclean, especially concerning since i have kids who touch everything. the long walks to our room were tiring, especially when waiting for a buggy to get to breakfast or the beach.
