the room was spacious and equipped with a bathtub.
The room floor was not clean. I reported it three times, but no one came to address the issue. the air conditioning was also malfunctioning. i requested bikes to be available, and i received a call to collect them. upon arrival, i found they had forgotten to prepare them.

Acceptable Location, but Some Issues

The location was close enough to the airport. Made travel simpler.
The cleanliness was not good. I found hairs in the room and dirty sheets so I was disappointed. The service was pour across all areas. The pool was not cleaned well. It had algae everywhere, so it was quite unpleasing.

the family room was spacious and clean, i appreciated this very much. breakfast offered various options that suited all tastes. the pools are amazing, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the splash park. the hotel's proximity to the beach is also a definite plus, a short walk away.
the hotel design seemed a bit longitudinal, requiring a long walk to some areas.

the hotel features a pool area that extends around the entire area , allowing guests to swim throughout. there is also a ping pong room available who want to play a match, a fruit stand is conveniently located right outside the hotel.

the family room was large , including two separate bedrooms to give everyone enough space. the room design featured ornate decorations. the room had a pleasant smell , as they use dried flowers to scent it.

the staff was helpful and cooperative at all times , ensuring all requests were handled efficiently. they offered free transport to and from the rooms . the hotel staff helped with our luggage.

the hotel is close to the airport . a road near the hotel has many necessary stores , so guests can easily purchase products. the beach is located just 50 meters from the hotel.

a somewhat disappointing experience
dirty walls
the cleanliness was not great. i noticed dirty walls and corners that seemed overlooked. the long walks to our room were tiring, especially when waiting for a buggy to get to breakfast or the beach.

The room floor seemed quite dirty. I asked multiple times for it to be cleaned, but no one came. also, the air conditioning did not work properly. i ordered bikes and received a call to pick them up, but when i arrived, no one remembered to call me. the staff really needs training on customer service.

i found the hotel isolated. it is far from everything. the services did not always work well. the restaurant service was not great.
