Very nice Balcony Views!

Our room had a balcony facing the water. I watched huge cruise ships arriving and departing every day! I felt really relaxed there, exactly what I needed. The views overlooking the courtyard plus the ocean were amazing.
Some dining options closed early during the week, especially after 3 PM. Once the cruise ships left, the place felt empty. This made it hard to spend money on food and drinks in the evening, sadly.

There are nice pool areas and a restaurant on-site. The pools are clean and provide a relaxing atmosphere! A lazy river adds to the enjoyment. The water park offers a fun option.

the hotel is close to the straw market and fish fry restaurants so that was easy. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. our room offered a nice view, it was a king room sea view.
sometimes i had trouble getting through to room service, a slight inconvenience
