The hotel offers a nice buffet breakfast. I found many choices. The underground parking is very convenient and safe. I received a cake for my anniversary. It was a lovely touch. The room included a kettle with water, coffee, milk and tea. I really enjoyed the spa. It felt clean.

The staff members were helpful and always smiling. I appreciated their positive attitude. Management and kitchen teams were pretty good too accommodate specific dietary needs, and that attention to detail was wonderful. Security responded swiftly to an incident.

The hotel is a bit away from the center. I did not mind this since I had a vehicle. The hotel is next to the beach. It includes sun loungers and umbrellas. Coastal road access has plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops.

the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions i found this aspect acceptable.
the check-in process was slow there was a significant wait. the room had a musty odor i found it unpleasant. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy it disrupted my sleep.

The location was acceptable as a base. The hotel has its own beach.
I was disappointed from day one. I was given a road-view room despite my expectations. The room stunk of cigarette smoke, and the noise from the traffic was TERRIBLE!!! Breakfast was ok, but service was slow.
