noisy music bottled water
the music played all day at the outdoor restaurant was cheap and noisy. bottled water was the only option throughout the resort. drinks bills escalated. i found this terrible for the environment. i think hotels this size should bulk buy and bottle their own to save transport miles.

excellent breakfast spacious room noisy maids high prices
The breakfast was superb. The staff was very friendly, always ready to help. I found the rooms spacious and very clean.
The maids created a lot of noise. I couldn't rest in the room during the day because of this. The prices seemed high, especially for drinks.

Really good Stay
quick check-in attentive staff super clean room delicious option
The check-in was seamless and quick. The reception staff was attentive. The room was super clean and elegantly furnished. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. I found the pools fantastic with options for kids, families, and adults. The beach was well-organized and had watersports for kids. The gym had helpful personnel and plenty of services. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it offered fresh and delicious options.
The sheet changing arrangements in my room were not entirely clear. This caused minor inconvenience

helpful staff relaxing beach comfortable rooms distant location transport issue restaurant distance
Breakfast included many options and the staff was helpful. The beach area was relaxing on the grass under palm trees. The gym was well-equipped and the rooms were comfortable.
The location required a 30-minute cab or bus ride to town. The marina area offered upper class bars and restaurants that were distant. Spending evenings elsewhere was difficult without transport.
