clean condition comfy bed friendly staff useful fridge

I loved the very clean condition throughout my stay. The bed felt comfy and allowed for restful sleep. I also appreciated the friendly staff and their attentiveness to requests. A fridge in the room was useful for storing drinks and snacks.

The chair at the desk had some stains. It could use an update.

a decent stay near the seafront

room upgrade spacious room closed kitchen no breakfast

i liked that i got a room upgrade. it was a family room sea view. the room was quite spacious. also, the hotel's location is near the beach and pier. it worked well for me.

i noticed the kitchen was closed. i was given a leaflet upon arrival. this said there was no breakfast available. that was annoying since i booked with breakfast included. it would have been nice if the host told me this upon arrival.

the location worked. it was right next to the pier and many restaurants were within walking distance. the room included a private toilet with a shower, convenient. the communal area looked nicely kept.

immaculate hotel amazing staff

the hotel is immaculate. the staff were amazing and accommodated me and my daughter going above and beyond. it.

it was very noisy at night because the back of the hotel faces an alley. the bars empty bottles into large bins until the early hours.

central location friendly staff clean room

This hotel is right in the heart of town, and my room had a wonderful view of the beach. It was hard to leave! the staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile, even for little requests. i liked that my room was clean and well maintained, contributing to a very restful stay.

i noticed the road noise at night affected my sleep. it was a bit loud at times.

I found the staff quite helpful and friendly. The room had plenty of coffee, milk, and sugar. I appreciated the fridge in my room (it kept my drinks cold!).

The room showed some wear and could use updating.

closed kitchen outdated place

The breakfast situation was a mess. I wasn't told upon arrival that the kitchen was closed, so i only found out after payment. this meant trekking out for breakfast with my child, irritating. also, the place felt dated. It really needs some updates. i've stayed in better places for less.
