I found the location ideal, just a short walk to the venue I wanted to visit. The single room I had was nice and tidy, which suited my needs perfectly. Staff were very friendly (helpful at all times).
I noticed the bathroom fan wasn't working. A minor inconvenience.

The person at reception showed such care carrying my luggage to the room. I found the room was bright, tidy, and felt calm. The breakfast felt simple but met all needs. They were so friendly when I brought my dog with me.
The outside looked untidy, there were some things around. This could use an update to look more inviting.

the staff were very friendly. customer service was excellent. they were attentive. nothing was too much trouble. the beds were super clean and cozy. the linen and towels felt fresh. i received a warm welcome and found the staff helpful. the owners seemed like lovely people. the view from my window was beautiful.
the hotel wi-fi was weak.
