The reception staff gave helpful directions. The hotel kept a very clean environment in all areas. I noticed the staff worked hard. Breakfast presented a varied fresh selection. The waiting staff worked hard to replenish items quickly. Beds provided a comfortable rest. The shower included shampoo and body wash.

The room had no proper cups or mugs. Only paper cups existed for coffee. No milk looked with the coffee setup. A noisy fridge also existed in the room. It disrupted the quiet.

The hotel provided a wonderful location near many cafes and bars I found the tram station only five minutes away. The beds included very comfortable good quality sheets. The walk in shower was excellent I also had clean towels daily.

My room had no tea or coffee facilities I found this disappointing. There was no decor and also no view. I noticed a smoke smell throughout the hotel I would not return because of this.

The location was great. I could walk to the town and seafront easily. The tram was also close by! Free tea and coffee were available in the foyer all the time, though the mini bar was empty. Mineral water was also complimentary.

The room lacked natural light, because it faced the back facade. I felt a little disappointed with the limited view.

The windows lacked sufficient soundproofing, therefore noise from a nightclub nearby made sleep difficult until 4 am. That was unacceptable.

The location was great. Only a 10 minute walk to the sea front. there were plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. it was about 5 minutes walk to the nearest c6 airport bus-stop and tram station. the room was clean.

the windows are not very sound-proofed and need to be resealed. there is a nightclub directly opposite that closes at 4am so the noise coming from part-goers made it impossible to sleep. the room was dark and hot.
