the hotel's location suited my needs wonderfully. i found it very convenient to get to the beach and the tram station. it took me just over an hour to reach benidorm using a day ticket, costing under five euros. the room was immaculate. the double bed ensured a restful sleep.

i noticed the qr codes for the room service menu did not function. i had to call the front desk using my personal phone because the internal one wasn't working. i was told to call the bar for a room service menu, however that phone was also out of service.

the hotel staff was particularly helpful and amiable. they readily provided requested items such as wine glasses, a corkscrew, and a knife for my room. the room service was notably efficient, and all requests were handled quickly.

the breakfast had a very good varied selection i found it convenient that the hotel was near both the sea and the historic center the staff were very helpful and i felt the area was quiet the cleanliness was amazing. i really appreciated the easy access to the beach. the hotel location was very advantageous. the neighborhood felt secure and tranquil.

The hotel is close to the beach and the city. It is right at the foot of the castle, so location is amazing! the pool area is nice. prices for drinks are good! breakfast is also fantastic! the room was nice.

the shower water temperature was not consistent, it suddenly went from warm to freezing cold during the shower! that was a little annoying..

I found the location very convenient for accessing both the beach and the city center. breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh fruit and pastries. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. They assisted me with directions and local recommendations. i especially appreciated the large underground parking lot!).

the minigolf area needed some maintenance, as it was a bit run-down.

the staff were very approachable and cute, always ready to assist with any questions i had. early check-in was accommodated as my room was already available, a great help. the cleaning service occurred daily, the room remained fresh and tidy.
