I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location is fantastic, just a block from the beach and boardwalk, making it perfect for a family vacation. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were satisfactory, but I encountered a serious issue with the pullout couch, which raised concerns about bedbugs. The service was okay but lacked follow-up after the incident. Overall, while there are great points about the hotel, the issues with room quality and cleanliness made it less appealing for me.
