I found the location convenient, just a short walk from piazza san marco. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions and local tips. the room was very clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was a welcome relief after exploring.

The stairs were quite steep. This presented a slight challenge with luggage.

the location was superb, just a few minutes' walk from st mark's square. friendly staff were always ready to assist with anything. the room i had was spacious and clean, including a comfortable bed. i did get a generous take away breakfast when i had to leave early for my flight, it was appreciated.

This could be a drawback for some, particularly with luggage. carrying my suitcase up was a slight inconvenience. Still, i managed.
