clean room great location helpful staff

Our room was clean and they changed towels daily. The location is amazing, you can walk to St Mark's Square in just minutes. The front desk staff is helpful and kind, I appreciate this a lot.

The shower water get not very hot.

Charming Stay Close to St Mark's Square

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to key attractions. It was a short walk to St Mark's Square. Staff members were helpful when I asked them questions. A convenience store was only a minute away from the hotel. Breakfast included an excellent selection of pastries and salami.

The room was quite small and could have used more space for luggage.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included a selection of pastries, cereal, and salami. There was also an espresso machine and juices available . The hotel restaurant next door was very convenient for dinner.

The room was clean and well cared for . The room had a coffee and tea maker, WHAT a treat. The bathroom was spacious and very functional, exactly what i needed after a long day exploring.

The hotel safe area and secure. The staff ensured the hotel was well maintained. The location near central attractions made it easy to explore the area. I walked to San Marco in minutes, SO convenient.

the location was convenient it was a short walk to st mark's square. i received a welcome bottle of prosecco it was a charming surprise.

the hotel has some stairs i did not like them.

perfect location kind staff clean room comfortable bed

i loved the location it was perfect. the staff were kind and helpful. the room was very clean i felt okay all time. the bed was comfortable too.

the bathroom had a slightly strong smell from the drains i must say.

Excellent Location and Friendly Service

central location champagne bottle helpful staff

The location is excellent, just behind St Mark's Square. It made accessing city attractions easy. The hotel provided a cute bottle of Champagne in my room upon arrival. The staff members were friendly and very helpful with directions.

The air conditioning was not available . I had to open the window, but the street was noisy with activity at night.
