the location was convenient it was a short walk to st mark's square. i received a welcome bottle of prosecco it was a charming surprise.

i loved the location it was perfect. the staff were kind and helpful. the room was very clean i not sketchy at all. the bed was comfortable too.

the bathroom had a slightly strong smell from the drains i must say.

The location is excellent, just behind St Mark's Square. It made accessing city attractions easy. The hotel provided a cute bottle of Champagne in my room upon arrival. The staff members were friendly and very helpful with directions.

The air conditioning was not available . I had to open the window, but the street was noisy with activity at night.
