the room included a large, comfortable bed and i slept really well. i appreciated the hotel bicycles available. the staff, especially maria, noelia, rafael and ana, were helpful. they gave good advice.
the television had limited channels and did not worked correctly. i thought this could improve.

mixed feelings About My stay
early morning noiseoverpriced breakfast
The noise early in the morning was not ideal. I could hear people talking loudly in the hallway. This made it difficult to sleep past 7 am. the room was not as soundproof as I had hoped? it was annoying. i found the breakfast to be overpriced. There are cheaper options nearby.

The location was excellent. i could easily reach the main train stations and explore the city center! the hotel offered complimentary bike rentals. I took advantage of them to visit malvarosa beach. breakfast was also a highlight, with a fantastic selection of items available.
It was disturbing for rooms nearby.

The hotel provides free tea and coffee from 1 pm to midnight! while the coffee might not suit gourmet tastes, it's a convenient option. the rooms also offer complimentary wifi. I found it fast and reliable for work.

The staff demonstrated helpful assistance. They helped me to buy tickets for city attractions. they even gave advice about local restaurants! the hotel also provides luggage storage, great for my travel plans.

i liked the hotel location. it was near the train station AND busses. it was VERY walkable to museums. the hotel is a three minute walk from rufaza market. i enjoyed the early check-in i asked for. the staff were very friendly and supportive. the hotel is beautifully located in the heart of ruzafa with many restaurants nearby.
the room is old. the rooms are small and you WILL hear neighbors.

green drinks were availiable for breakfast. it was nice to have many places to eat close by. the center of town was a reasonable distance to walk. staff at front desk was friendly and helpfull.
the room itself seem pretty old. i could hear my neighbours it was not ideal. the rooms appear small. the walls are very thin.
