fresh pastries central location friendly staff
the breakfast included a good selection. there were fresh pastries and various breads available. the location was central (i could walk everywhere i wanted). the staff were always friendly and ready to assist.
the sound isolation wasn't perfect.

wonderful central stay!
smooth checkin early access great location
i found the check-in process to be efficient, which i appreciate. i was allowed to check in earlier than the official time, a gesture i valued greatly. the staff helped us very well when my daughter was wounded. i also appreciate the location, it is really central.
the sound insulation between rooms was not very effective, as i could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room. it seemed like there was very little sound-proofing in place, and it was a bit disruptive.

damaged bedside table poor door stop placement
The staff was friendly, acceptable.
The room looked dated. I noticed damage on the bedside table. A HUGE issue was the placement of the door stop in the middle of the bathroom floor. I stubbed my toe.

friendly staff sweet cakes good breakfast
I found the staff friendly. The included breakfast offered sweet chocolate cakes. I traveled by metro from the airport and found the hotel within a ten minute walk. The room was cleaned well each day.
I missed having coffee in my room. I needed to purchase coffee downstairs until 10 PM. The coffee was good.

A decent stay
friendly staff great location quick access average breakfast limited fruit minimal choice
The staff was friendly and cute upon my arrival. The location is GREAT. It is very near the Colon metro station. This provided quick airport access.
The breakfast was just average for a four-star hotel. The fresh fruit was mostly melon and watermelon. There was minimal choice of hot dishes as well. I found the choices LIMITED.
