The staff was amazing (so friendly!). Suleman, Khatija, and Abdulrehan, along with the rest of the team, were polite and cute. The location is also great. I loved that the hotel was between the medina and the marina.

The rooms look dated. They could use some tlc. The bathroom had a window into the room, a quiet unpleasant experience as we were male and a female sharing a room.

i enjoyed the view so much.. i could watch people from the balcony. i had access to public transportation for easy shopping. the staff was so friendly and helpful. this trip was wonderful, and ali, the taxi driver recommended by the hotel, was fantastic and told us the history of the region.

i was not happy about the loud music at night. it woke us up around 2:30 every morning, especially friday and saturday. the music started early in the evening and continued very loudly.

The cleanliness needed improvement. i found stains on the bed, and the bathroom had mold. the room smelled musty, which bothered me a lot. it was also quite dusty. I felt itchy whenever i was inside.

i found some street noise. coming into the room from the street. the windows did not block the noise well.

the hotel's location was excellent (right in the heart of everything!). the staff proved helpful and pleasant. i thought it represented good value for the money. the pool area was a pleasant environment to relax by.

i noticed the cleanliness could use improvement. I saw some stains on the bed sheets, not ideal.

The staff was helpful. The location is central. It made getting around easy. My room was a Junior Suite on the sixth floor. A lovely balcony was included, and I could see the city from there.

The room had a bad smell. The sink would block easily. I could not wash my hands properly. smoking is allowed inside the hotel. This was unexpected.
