Excellent Stay Near Arts and Sciences

convenient location daily room service helpful staff easy access

The hotel provided easy access to the Arts and Science district. I found the bus stop across the street very convenient for traveling to the city center. The room was clean and made up daily. I also appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

The telephone in the room did not work . I reported this issue to reception twice, though it was not fixed.

The room was spacious and featured effective heating, which I appreciated. Tea and coffee facilities were available. I found the towels, toiletries, and hairdryer to be excellent, and the shower was very good.

The breakfast offered many options for every taste. I found it very good. Reception staff readily called taxis when needed. I could store my luggage after checkout, also I was able to use the facilities until my late flight.

uncomfortable stools forgotten request

the balcony only had uncomfortable stools i couldn't relax there the coffee provided in the room was only enough for one person when i asked for more, the maid said she would bring it but she forgot the bathroom had hair on the wall near the toilet it clearly wasn't mine.

unstable shower temperature air conditioning problem

the rooms was clean and it did have a balcony.

i was really upset, the air conditioning didnt work well. the room got hot and it was hard to sleep. also, the shower temperature was very unstable, it changed from cold to hot without warning. this made showering very unpleasant and i do not enjoyed it at all.

The hotel location near the City of Arts and Sciences was useful. I found the breakfast offered a good variety of choices each morning. I appreciated the option to rent a bike directly at the hotel, this made exploring easy. The bathroom had nice toiletries provided.

I noticed some noise from neighboring rooms, so the soundproofing could improve.

fresh fruit luggage storage lovely pool

The breakfast had options for every taste. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. reception stored our luggage after checkout, so i used the facilities longer. the pool was lovely to chill at AFTER sightseeing.

the coffee facilities in the room were NOT replenished. it was quite annoying.
