amazing location, super stay!

I found the location ideal, just a quick walk to major spots! the staff carried my luggage, what a welcome! the rooms were new and very clean. That's a plus. the hotel's warmth during a chilly week. We loved that detail.

Fantastic Location near St Mark's Square

beautiful hotel short walk

This hotel sits right at the heart of St Mark's Square, a beautiful spot. The rooms are totally new and very clean. I recommend asking the hotel by mail for directions. Their instructions from the station were accurate. It took 30 minutes by a specific route and a very short walk from the vaporetto station.

I had a minor inconvenience as there were no lifts. I needed to request help from the staff to manage my luggage. It was a bit awkward to ask, though the staff was very helpful.

The location is good, only two minutes from St Mark's Square. You can easily reach many nearby restaurants and shops with souvenirs. This area provides many options. The main attractions are just a quick walk away.

efficient process helpful staff central location

the check-in process was efficient and the staff was helpful. they allowed us to move into our rooms early since the rooms were clean and available. this allowed us to explore the city more fully. the location is central and within a historic area.

The entrance to the annex wasn't particularly nice to walk through. It leads to the back of the kitchens of a nearby restaurant.

The hotel is really close to San Marco Square. The location made it easy to get around. My room was clean and I got fresh towels every day! I also liked that there were restaurants close by.

The staff was helpful . The room was very clean with daily housekeeping. I found the location convenient near attractions.

The alley entrance to the annex was not appealing initially.
