Fantastic Location near St Mark's Square

This hotel sits right at the heart of St Mark's Square, a beautiful spot. The rooms are totally new and very clean. I recommend asking the hotel by mail for directions. Their instructions from the station were accurate. It took 30 minutes by a specific route and a very short walk from the vaporetto station.

I needed to request help from the staff to manage my luggage. It was a bit awkward to ask, though the staff was very helpful.

the check-in process was efficient and the staff was helpful. they allowed us to move into our rooms early since the rooms were clean and available. this allowed us to explore the city more fully. the location is central and within a historic area.

The entrance to the annex wasn't particularly nice to walk through. It leads to the back of the kitchens of a nearby restaurant.
