Palma Guest House is praised for its bright, spacious rooms, some featuring large windows and exceptional views over the harbour and town. The location is ideal for exploring, with the Tate, Barbara Hepworth House, and beaches just a short walk away, though the streets can be a bit tight for larger cars. Guests appreciate the in-room amenities like the kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits provided; however, some have noted a preference for regular mugs instead of china cups.

The view from my double room sea view was Amazing!!! I could see the sea perfectly from the large windows. The host, Pat, was kind and gave me helpful tips for exploring the area. I really appreciated being able to leave my bags after checkout to visit the Tate.
I was a little surprised that payment was only accepted by cash or bank transfer.

Fantastic Views, Some Hiccups

large windowslocal tipsonsite parkingchina cups
The room had a really bright feel with large windows. I also liked host with local tips and maps. Onsite parking was available, a big plus. Streets around the hotel are tight, so take care with a large car.
I found out payment was only cash or bank transfer, it would be better with card. China cups in the room, I would prefer a regular mug.
Service
9/10
The host was very friendly and provided helpful tips, alongside maps. The warm welcome on arrival made a nice impression, and departure was equally pleasant. This kind of personal touch matters.
Location
8/10
The location is on a very steep hill, so it requires some fitness for walking. It is very close to the harbor. Parking is possible on the spot, however, it is quite tight to get there.
Rooms
10/10
The room was bright with large windows. The views included the harbor. The room had everything I needed. Bedding was fresh.
Dining
8/10
There were many breakfast and coffee places nearby that you can walk to. The room had generic coffee and sachets of milk, fine. Cornish milk and tea would be much nicer.
