The room had a fantastic view. the bed was very comfortable. i had tea in royal albert cups. It was a perfect touch.
no parking although we were informed we could park there but this was after we paid for 2 days parking already.

the location was superb, just a short walk to the harbour (about five minutes). porthminster beach was also easily accessible, around ten minutes away. the view from the room was fine. i was able to leave my bags after checking out for a few hours, very helpful.
i was unaware that payment needed to be made in cash or via bank transfer.

the room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i appreciated the dual aspect windows. they provided a view of both the harbour and the bay, especially nice to wake up to.

The view from my double room sea view was Amazing!!! I could see the sea perfectly from the large windows. The host, Pat, was kind and gave me helpful tips for exploring the area. I really appreciated being able to leave my bags after checkout to visit the Tate.
I was a little surprised that payment was only accepted by cash or bank transfer.

The guesthouse enjoys a superb location that is perfectly situated for exploring the area. This allows convenient access to many local attractions and amenities. Access may require navigating steep hills, so appropriate fitness levels are beneficial.

The room was bright, clean, and featured large windows offering fine views. I found the linens fresh and the space spotlessly maintained. The provided Royal Albert cups were a nice touch for enjoying tea in my room.

Pat and Laura were perfect hosts and. They provided restaurant recommendations for both dinner and breakfast. They really went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed.

The room had a really bright feel with large windows. I also liked host with local tips and maps. Onsite parking was available, a big plus. Streets around the hotel are tight, so take care with a large car.
I found out payment was only cash or bank transfer, it would be better with card. China cups in the room, I would prefer a regular mug.

The location is on a very steep hill, so it requires some fitness for walking. It is very close to the harbor. Parking is possible on the spot, however, it is quite tight to get there.
