threadbare carpets dated electrics
the breakfast choices were good , which i appreciated.
the carpets in the corridors looked threadbare , giving a dirty impression. hot water to the radiators was not working , although electric radiators were available. the electrics seemed VERY dated.

The breakfast offered a good selection of items and the staff maintained it well.
The room felt quite dated, and the bathroom showed signs of wear and tear. There was some mould present around the shower tiles. This was disappointing given the price paid.

wonderful stay
amazing staff clean hotel good size fantastic quality
The staff at reception and in the dining area were amazing. every member of staff i interacted with was friendly and helpful. They kept the hotel clean and tidy. the swimming pool was a good size. the sauna and jacuzzi were very relaxing. the food was reasonably priced, and the quality was fantastic!!!
the corridors seemed slightly musty and the room felt a little old.

The room was large, nicely furnished, and serviced daily. I had a hot shower. the foyer and lounge are beautifully decorated with a sweeping staircase and large, comfortable sofas.

attentive staff served a very good full english breakfast nicely. beautifully laid tables included lovely white linen cloths. all staff i met were very helpful and could not do enough for me.

this hotel is positioned just outside the centre in beautiful grounds. the hotel and garden were larger than i expected. there is a touch of relaxed elegance with a pleasant patio and very spacious lounge.

efficient access helpful staff superb food excellent facilities
The hotel had great parking and efficient access. The staff were helpful people. The food tasted superb. The lounge and the pool area facilities were excellent.
I noticed some areas of the hotel looked very dated.

I saw the breakfast buffet had many options. I saw a full english breakfast ready. I noted the staff were bringing out the refills quickly, so everything looked pretty fresh.
