i found the staff friendly also very helpful. the suite was beautiful it had two bathrooms also two mini bars. i received a lovely canvas bag as a gift and a hat ideal for the beach. entertainment was continuous throughout the day as well as evening with both live music plus dj sessions.
the room didn't quite match its online depiction it was a little misleading. i paid extra for a seafront view though the artificial lighting made the room quite dark at night.

the options for food and drinks were really fantastic i thought. every evening offered a spoiled choice i made an effort to try almost every option. i found many locations offering diverse cuisines and ambiances.

The hotel is ENORMOUS! daily shows occur inside the pyramid. the black wrist band gave me access to the market food hall. the ocean view suite was nice. the hotel was well kept and had many activities for both adults and children. There was a kid zone.
i found that the couches in the suite could use a deep cleaning. i did not spend much time inside however, i was outdoors most of the time.

there are many restaurants available, something to suit every taste. the luxury food items at the market food hall were my favorite. sushi restaurant requires reservations.

the location is beautiful. the beach is immaculate. there were many pools to choose from. the hotel is near the lagoon for extra activities.

staff was very professional and friendly. upon arrival, everyone was gracious. check-in was quick. the staff allocated rooms closer after we asked.
