The room furniture looked a bit old, and the bathroom lacked a ventilator. The tv seemed outdated. these were minor inconveniences that did not significantly impact my stay.

fantastic resort experience
friendly staff professional staff comfortable stay plentiful options
I really liked that the staff were both friendly and professional. ms hadeel in guest relations stood out. She ensured my comfort from the start. the housekeeper, marzooga, was always kind and cute, a small detail , made a big difference. the varied food and plentiful options meant there was always something to enjoy. the pool parties and stage activities were a lot of fun.
finding a sunbed wasn't always easy. especially during peak hours, getting a spot required some patience.

i appreciated the friendly staff at this location. ms. hadeel from guest relations offered excellent assistance. the reception staff provided warm hospitality and a constant smile. abdoel from housekeeping, and i thank him.
the corridors to the rooms felt dull, and a bit dingy.

The food had lots of variety and was plentiful. There were many great activities. fruit and sweets were an excellent feature of the restaurant. the food and drinks were good, and the stay was the best EVER!!!

the location allows one to enjoy a walk along the bay for many kilometers. the beach is huge and clean with a sandy entrance. the animation team kept the atmosphere lively and fun throughout my stay. there are quiet places to relax.

a mixed experience
terrible smell bug bites
the room i got on the first night was pretty bad. it felt old and had a weird smell. it was also a pain to get around with lots of steps and only one elevator. the food was a letdown too (i really wanted better food). the buffet wasn't good and even the fancy restaurants were disappointing. i ended up skipping meals sometimes. also, i got bitten by bed bugs, just not acceptable.
