Solid choice for a relaxing stay
excellent valuedecent varietyfriendly staffgood location
I appreciated the hotel's value for money the services and amenities were great considering the price point. The food was acceptable with decent variety. The reception staff proved friendly, especially Saif and Ahmed, who provided excellent support. The hotel location is a significant benefit, very close to the seaside.
I found a limited selection of herbal teas during breakfast. There was no peppermint or cinnamon tea.

The staff at reception are helpful. Mina emad always wears a smile and shows patience. The animation team provides engaging activities. Mido and dasha deserve recognition. Erik and the pool staff provided attentive assistance and anticipated my needs.

The rooms are spacious and clean a great base for relaxation. My room offered a beautiful view of the sea I found it relaxing. Ahmed ensured my room was tidy he was attentive to all my needs.

The hotel provides easy access to the sea with unique natural sand rocks a spectacle. Its convenient position allows quick trips to the city center with a taxi. The area is quiet a relief from noisy resorts.

The hotel has a large swimming area with a good beach area for relaxation. There are multiple pools preventing overcrowding a plus . The hotel offers its own reef ideal for snorkeling.

the reception staff are very nice. mina emad has a big smile! he was always very patient and helpful. the location of the hotel is very good.
the gym. do not advertise a gym when none of the cardio equipment turns on and the rest is broken equipment. it was near impossible to make a workout of them plus no aircon. open 9am to 6pm!

the staff were attentive to our needs.
I found that the gym lacked proper equipment, a significant letdown for a hotel in this category. it was a small space with minimal options. I did not expect such a gym at a 5-star hotel. also, the room had a persistent bad smell coming from the bathroom and permeating the entire space. Fresh air fresheners did nothing to alleviate the disgusting odor.
