the food exceeded my expectations. there was a shuttle service to the beach, so i didn't have to walk. it's clear that they care about their guests even after check-out.
i was fatigued after a long arrival day, i found my card did not open my room door. i had to return to the front desk and wait. the room was very poor with lighting issues and a broken shower.

the main restaurant offered a solid selection of food daily. i especially liked the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. the air conditioning worked perfectly, very welcome after a hot day. it felt good to return to a cool room.
the room was noisy in the evenings for a couple of hours. the noise came from the bar and continued until 11pm. also, i noticed that only one pool was heated and the rest were too cold to use. it was disappointing that so few pools were usable.

the staff were so helpful and polite. they all go above and beyond to make my holiday enjoyable and relaxing. i booked a shuttle to the beach, so i didn't have to walk. the staff were attentive and friendly. since my flight was at 8 pm, the hotel allowed me to use their meals and pool.

The resort has many pools. I liked that they were clean. the aqua park was fun for everyone. staff members were helpful and courteous throughout the stay. the hotel offers a proper beach for relaxation. there is amazing snorkeling available, with reefs close by.
some areas look dated. our room, located in the 4000s block, could use some refurbishment, it looked tired.
