The buffet offered varied options with good quality food. I especially enjoyed the egyptian bread. Live music during dinner created a LOVELY atmosphere. I found the room to be very spacious and quiet. The waterslide area was great. It was fun for both adults and children. The snorkeling area IS amazing.

I found the gym was missing clear instructions for using some equipment. I Had to ask staff for assistance. I wish there were better signs. Maybe i could have enjoyed it more without constantly seeking help.

The reception staff was nice, and check-in seemed quick. The hotel was generally quiet and comfortable.

The alcohol at the bar tasted so bad. If you wanted a Heineken beer, it was not included in the all-inclusive package. I had to pay extra for it. The food in the main restaurant was repetitive .
