Excellent Hotel Stay!
amazing lifeguardsnice christmas
I really enjoyed the aqua park. The lifeguards were amazing. Ahmed, Mohamed, and Zac played ball with the kids! Mr Remy also made our Christmas nice. Bob, the tattoo artist, was amazing and made us smile every morning!!!

the hotel application was very helpful to track activities. it also offered services. i found a helpful map for directions. the food was tasty. there were several restaurants with much variety.
the gym was not cleaned often. some equipment was broken. i found this disappointing.

the hotel is close to the airport. a taxi to the airport took about 15 minutes. i noticed a diving school near the beach. the area was very nice.

i stayed in a standard triple room garden view the room had a well-stocked mini-fridge i found a safe available for valuables the room service menu offered many options. the hotel had multiple pools for adults and children there were always lifeguards on duty at the aqua park i saw wessam helping guests near the slides. the oriental restaurant had great food and service chef mohammed askandir and mr abdul moneim.
the flimsy plastic cups at the bars were a bit annoying.

The food was plentiful and varied at the hotel restaurant. hemda, in the main dining room, made the best cappuccino. ebraham, at the terrace bar, was a joker and very friendly. chef mohamed, in the oriental restaurant, prepared special meals for us. He was nice and always asked what we wanted to eat. the service from the waiters to the receptionist was great!!!
The wifi was only available in a limited area outside the reception. the hotel charges extra for some items like popcorn, costing a dollar. entertainment was primarily aimed at children. Bring playing cards or books for other options. i advise bringing mosquito repellent.

The oriental restaurant offered tasty dishes including grilled food, soups, and local bread. Mohammed lebani welcomed us warmly. the main dining room provided lots of seating and not much queueing. a pizza cafe was available between dining hall hours.

The staff was helpful. Peter, a bar attendant, was great and made us laugh. a member of the reception team took our cases to our room upon arrival. the reception staff was great, very helpful, and always available.

The hotel was super clean and had lots of comfy seating and a lovely bar. the grounds were great, very well presented, and had nice views. Very neat place. the pools were clean and offered lots of fun.

Very nice Vacation!

I want to start by saying that I was VERY impressed with the service and facilities. I traveled with my family and stayed in a Family Partition Room for four nights. The staff treated us wonderfully. Mr Mohamed always made sure we had everything we needed. Every staff member wore a smile. Fresh towels and bedding were provided daily and they cleaned the room to an immaculate standard. The swim-up pool was inspected several times a day to ensure perfect conditions. WOW!!!

The reception staff were always on hand to assist with any queries. They were helpful and very polite, ensuring all guest needs were met efficiently. The room service team delivered meals promptly, maintaining a high standard of presentation, and were very courteous.

The hotel provides a range of well-kept pools including dedicated kids pools and a large aqua park. These pools featured multiple slides and various water features. The fitness center includes modern equipment, specifically three treadmills, five stationary bikes, and free weights up to fifty pounds.
